Over the past months we set sail and charted a new course for Fin’s Fathoms. Our primary commitment has always been to ensure that you have the best possible experience with Fin and his adventures. In alignment with this vision, we’ve embarked on a truly fin-tastic voyage!.
Why the Change?
As technology continues to evolve, so do the platforms that our game relies on. Both Google Play and the Apple App Store regularly update their guidelines to ensure the safety, security, and functionality of all apps and games within their ecosystems. Recently, we received notifications from both platforms regarding the need to update our game to comply with their latest standards.
What We’re Doing About It
Rather than making a few tweaks here and there, we decided to take this opportunity to reimagine Fin’s Fathoms from the ground up. This means porting it to a whole new game engine! This move will allow us the opportunity to offer Fin’s Fathoms on more platforms than Google Paly and Apple App Store.
While we’re in the process of this extensive revamp, we’ll be releasing an interim version of the game. This version will primarily serve as a touchpoint, updating you on our progress and ensuring you know that exciting changes are on the horizon.
